Drift Licence - Drifting forum

Hi guys

...am new to the site and new to the drifting scene

Heard it mentioned a few times before but...what is a drift licence? how do you get "awarded" with one? I'm guessing you have to enter a competition or something? Its just out of curiousity that I wanted to know

Are there any lower end drift competitions?

On the look out for an e36 325i to get to grips(*no pun*) with things

pod license..issued by lex at the pod

Bdc license ..issued at drift uk days ,usually on open tarmac same as pod

lydd license (circuit track),is something for the future possbily

what do the licenCes allow you to do? enter certain competitions?

it allows you to compete ...

the P1 (pod) licence allows you to do demos .. but they are only given to spethial people

Get friendly with some other speshul people.

Come to a DWYB day at pod start from there or look on news and events for other track days.

It normally states practice/licence day.

everyone is "SPECIAL" on here trust me

Do what i havent and get your car sorted for drifting and get to the pod, Mr Lex will show you the way.
