old 6 series m6 engine in an e30 would be the nuts and would pop straight in i reckon, mates got an e21 3 series (the first) and that is an absolute weapon, i love those, look like a small 635 (needs a new engine though as the 320 is a peice of sh*t)

3.0 ftmfw, gearbox not so important but 6 speed sounds posh imo. SMG is for fags lol.

yahhh 3.0 all the way! dont understand the chat about the 6 speeder tho. surely the 5 speeder has longer ratios meaning you can stretch out 2nd to near on 65 (indicated for me). plus its cheap cheap to fix if it goes bang. cheap is good.
