Was great meeting you all and thanks for the Teeside collective for help on my rear bumper and resolving my fear on the sqeeky steering rack (ended up just needing wd40 ). I'm certainley coming down to the next one. It's well worth the journey
Nice to meet you man, glad that car has got a good owner!!! if scotty would have sold that car a month earlier id have bought it instead of the Skyline!! glad you enjoyed the track, see you at the next one!!!

Cheers man, I'm very happy with the way it performed. It was the first time I skidded it and it does the job very well. I'll be pushing it much harder next time as I know the track and the car now. I just need to get rid of that cramped Border bucketseat (I actually got a painful stomach cramp and spazzed out whilst Louise was in the car ) and fit the DW steering spacer before I break the indicator/wiper stalks whilst steering. Oh and remove the graphics, which incidently didn't go down well with folk

Glad you guys had so much fun, we didn't even get to drive the larger track
The clutch did last long enough to get us home though... allthough I've never realised how many hills there is on the A19. Anything over 2300 rpm and the engine just spun up.
Lesson learnt... dont put standard clutches in cars and stick them on a track (500 miles out of one clutch any good value for money)
Hopefully it'll be sorted for next time... maybe even have the s14 ready by then
Eddie

Hey Corey, I'm in Billingham so Teesside is very handy

Yeah I had a bit of chat with your dad, shame you couldn't get your car down for the evening... but at least you know where there's a trailer now hey...

The S13 is actually my daughters Lindsay... I do the work on it and in exchange she lets me have a bit of a drive. Sunday we only got 10 laps in each before the clutch died That worked out at about £2.50 a lap...LMAO

We are both absolute beginers and crap... but heyyyyy.. we do enjoy it.

See ya at the next one matey

Bit of a change of plan for next month now, just doing a deal on a volvo 340 with a lad off here so if i get that then i wont need the trailer as its got t+t and ill be there in that, that way i dont have to really worry if i wreck it as much as i would in the 4i so we shall see, if i dont get it then the 4i will be there with a new welded diff so i will spin almost every corner for a few laps to get used to it but we shall see

anyway, eddie yea my dad said he had a bit of chat and stuff, must be nice to live a few streets away tho lol

Aah man I do like em honestly BUT the last straw was when I was driving it in Glasgow and a few scummy fannys shouted "frickin English bastit!!" at me. And another incident I was called "blue nosed prick!!". I realised later they took the red roses on the car as some kind on English patriotic symbol which means I'm:

A)a royalist.
B)anti-scottish.
C)a Rangers fan.

Yes the chavvy scum up here really are that low on intelligence, they look for any reason to ply on the hate. On top of it when they actually rub their sunken methadone eyes, look into the car and notice the driver is one of those "maddie kidnapping job stealing ethnics" they read about in the sun, then the pitchforks really come out. And trust me thats enough to make them target it. The social underclass up here is truly pathetic.

So there, the pretty graphics have to go

Oh man what a nightmare, it is a shame but the car did look good in plain white.
I am pleased you got to grips with it on the track and who better to sit in than the previous driver.

Corey it's a little further than a few streets away mate..(they are the people that complain about the noise) about 6 miles, but thats close enough
