I'd really like to have both tracks available but seeing as teesside is only round the corner if it does come down to just the West track then I'll still be there.

Also how close is the nearest house to Teesside??? i didnt think there was a residential area for some distance around the track. Just wondering how bad the noise could be!!

Good to see you skid bizz- ^houses are not that close but i think its the tyre noise that travals and when a northerly wind blows (witch it does alot here near the North sea) its amed at the houses with a bunch of old gits that think they can hear somthing so they complain

You will not see it listed, it the Ford RS owners track weekend. 2days of trying to kill the car. Done it for the last 4 or 5 years £200 for both days

Its fun skidding into the complex as thats where the crowds sit

But you have to be careful as they don't like skidding much.
I was having a great time until i notice the top boy from the track had walked from the start line area around to the complex to see who was causing the tyre smoke

Had to stop doing it until he buggerd off

Got some pics in Fastford and Performance Ford mag and discribed as "The Euro look Sierra the was hanging it out around every corner"

Taking more tyres this year

i think i will be at croft too rob, probs not on track tho...

took your advice and grinded the bolts off cause i got sick of the hacksaw lol, but having problems with propshaft bolts now as i cant get them loose and there also starting to round,

so all i really need to do is come and get diff off you and try and find a trailer, but trailer is the main problem

Since you're local I have a trailer here you could borrow. Just need to check the width of your car. I think you should be fine but my Supra doesn't fit.

I know the track isn't to scale but the main kart track is the bit to the right. Between the circuit and the houses is a big grass bank with trees on top but the tyre squeel does travel. You can get a better idea of how the land is by using Google Earth.

Also, due the the low expected numbers (due to other events) it will only be the kart track available.

I take it the main track is where the final runs of BDC are performed? Not the one with the hill?

i wont be there

as im a lazy flange and diff is still on car

will be at next one tho hopefully, gave up getting the car ready for sunday last week because of lack of trailer so i will have to work something out for next time, i will be there to watch and have a speak to chaps tho

It don't take long to fit a diff. Rebuilt and painted up the full rear end on mine in a day.

It's the one without the hill. Where the BDC runs are done

yea but mine needs prop off which i dont have muscles to do nor the space for a large pole

then needs the electric fans fitted and wired up to my switches, then need to come and get the welded from you and then get that fitted, also need new diff bolts as i chopped mine and i dont know where to get them

so quite abit to do in 1 day, specially for me, so im just going to leave this one out and definatly get to the next one aslong as dave says its ok to borrow trailer........if my car fits

i will be there on sunday tho to see whats happening and have a chat
