1. Mr2 SW20 Turbo - encouraged into it back in 2004 by Paul Smith and Mitch Clarke.

2. Entered Tuner GP @ Snetterton in 2006 and came 2nd, first year in full competition this year. Not going so well.

3. PS13 Silvia. I hate this car, its had nothing but problems and coming up to a year after buying it and its still not where I want it to be.

1. Started 2005 in a BMW E36 325.

2. Lots of practise days and ended up having huge problems with the Prop shaft, gear box ect..

Gave up on the BM as they break every day

3.Joined the bang wagon and got an s14a, much better car.

All about the seat time now

1: What did you start off in, and what was your inspiration?

Saw internet vids and bought the drift bible and loved the look of it as it reminded me of the motorsport equivilent of sports like surfing and skateboarding that I've always done. Done for the fun and enjoyment, not just to win a shiny cup.
First tried skidding a bit in my Rx7 FD last year at some airfield and advanced driving days. Found it was more fun to do what the instructors were telling me to avoid doing for good times
Bought my first skid car last october ish, a £300 bmw 318is and had more fun than any other car I've had.

2: How long have you been at it, in a competitive level?

Started about 9mths ago now, competitive since BDC rd1 this year (march?)

3: What do you drive now, and has it been a sucess from start?

Skyline gts-t, standard ish engine with good suspension mods that I've fitted. It was capable as I got it with a 2way, front coilovers, and rear lowered springs, but really became nice once I'd fitted longer steering arms and full coilovers. Skylines rock for skidding!
