| Hard to say really, thats why everyone says 'as many as you can' It depends on: weather your driving style size of wheels/tyres amount of tread to start with car setup (mainly rear camber) & the important power:lead foot ratio As a guide, if you're using 15"/16" part worns, I'd bring about 8. You can always buy more on the day if you run out. |

| If you're on track all day with a heavy foot then you'll do about a set in 5mins, but can make them last a lot longer by letting them cool down and dipping your tyres into the water bowser's puddles etc. I'd ideally take 10 with me to a pod day to make sure I got plenty of time on track, but they are just decent treaded tyre-pile jobs not brand new or owt. |

| Going backwards ![]() | I took 8 lastime and went throguh 4 as i didnt stay out to lang and kept them let them cool down. if you spin dont go planting your foot down and lighting up the tyres looks good but kills tyres LOL Best thing i to do is take as many as you can get in and take extra cash and get the tyre fella to chuck more on. I am taking 8 and plan on killing them all |

Caged - I'd have at least 8 in your car, depending on weather. | |

| It's such a spurious question! "as many as you can squeeze in the back" has to be the answer. When I had my silvia, I killed a pair of road legal goodyears with 4mm tread after 9 laps (thats about 18 2nd gear corners)! Whereas with my 86, I've still got a pair of tyres which have seen two full drift days already and still have visible tread all round!!! Get as many as you can, worst comes to worst you can always take them home with you and use them next time! By the way, thats on a concrete surface at TDSW!
