I have just recieved my pallet and have filled a dispute on paypal, they have declined my request and simply sent a email saying sorry, were a scrap tyre company.

Pics below unfortunatly are not the only ones, and out of my 20 (not 30 as advertised) tyres 5 of them look resonable (ie they hold air and are above, slightly, the tread mark, but still have shoulder ware)

I am now stuck with 15 tyres that are no use to any one and are going to cost me more (on top of the £93 i paid for this pallet) to dispose of.

Id think very wisely about ordering a pallet from these guys.

I wasnt expecting the best, but I was at least looking to use them!

From 3-6mm apparently!!!

hi

in our defence
1-The thread quite clearly states 20 tyres so dont know where you got 30 from
2-all our tyres are graded by tyre graders who deal with the 10,000 tyres we collect per week
3-I have a list of all the tyres you were sent including size and make and i can tell you these were not on your pallet wrong make for a start !!
4-our graders would NOT send out tyres with huge holes/spilts in the side wall as they are checked when they are graded and then checked again when putting on a pallet

You paid the cost of courier, pallet and paypal charge you did not pay for the tyres

we do not have an attitude problem we have spoke the truth and i could not give a toss what you do do as you like because we have done what we say we will do because its people like you that will ruin it for you all as we will stop giving tyres for free to everyone

hi

cross hatch

answer this

How can i give you a refund for something you have not brought?

i can prove what tyres were on that pallet can you ?

you failed to mention that paypal dispute was closed by paypal as no evidence

i dont know what you think you are going to achieve by making phone calls as we are a registered ltd company who dispose of scrap tyres in the correct way so do your worst

tbh mate why would marc ( crosshatch ) lie? what has he got to acheive from it?

ok so he maybe miss read the thread about volume of tyres no biggie but i'm sure he will have the paypal dispute evidence in email to post to validate his position and what he's said

hi

paypal closed the case with insufficent evidence

end of day WHY WOULD I LIE

I want you guys to take the tyres as this saves us money in scrap bills so why would i send a pallet of tyres with holes in????????? and get our word about that we send scrap anwser i wouldnt would i ?

why has noone else complained ?

end of day if this keeps up i will just STOP EVERYONE

what did he expect 6mm partworn tyres for a road car ??? he got 20 graded tyres which were all between 3-6mm with shoulder wear as we stated on the advert

not arguing over it i know the truth
