Yep, each side of the cylinder has an inlet and exhaust valve.
A single cam controls both inlet and exhaust for either side.

Straight 4, inlet in the middle, exhaust ports on both sides! Mental

Just been looking at them, the turbos were sequential too, it shut one off at low RPM.
    Sweet!

Y'know, I wonder if the sequential thing is just the usual internet rumour mill, as I dont see anything on the engines that would allow it to run sequentially?

i did a seach after i saw triflux and found some schematics.. amazing engineering..

also agreeing with stav.. ther identical turbos on each bank and unconnected.. so carnt really see how there sequential,

and the only way you could shut one of would be to block it and/or stop the valve opening on one side..

IIRC variable geometry turbos, and sequential turbos, were thought about, but in the one and only test vehicle made, this one, it was conventional twins.
May be wrong, but thats how it seems. See no logical way the setup pictured could run sequentially that would give any performance enhancments.

What an awesome car. Very tall engine, cant be good for the C of G lol. Maybe sequentuial turbo control was achieved just by opening wastegates?

Would serve no useful purpose and without blocking valves boost from the one would piss out the other.
