Need For speed rips off UK Drift car?

    ok so i was playing shift 2 today(awesome drifting btw)

    and when i was going to put a skin on my r32 noticed this under pre made

    Is it just me or is this a rip of the dcy skyline r32?

    you are aware need for speed sponsors edc?

    so yes, id say its rather likely they have included some of the cars. not ripping them off is it?!

    Yes they sponsor them but none of the edc cars are in it at all only other britcar i have found so far is the gtr sumopower(gt3)

    that is a rip off

    and to add on wouldn't they copy it to the t? not just same but change logos? they sponsor it but i don't think they had the right for that car hence changing the logos

    yeah im sure its just a rip off, im sure a company as big as need for speed have ripped off a car without asking.

    im just saying why not just put the dcy decals on it? if there putting it in anyway

    Yeah big companies never do anything immoral ever right.

    ok my bad was looking at this on a tiny screen and originaly the picture of the car in game didnt load

    i thought he was talking about the picture of the actual car

    now i see what you mean with copying the graphic design

    though tbh who really cares? there just graphics, no one owns the copyright to them, and tbh they look fucking wank anyway!

    Pretty sure the designer owns the IP unless specified in a contract.

    The drifting looks utter toss from what I've found on Youtube. The racing looks alright though.

    I designed the real car for DCY and yeh I worked on Shift2.. I'm quite happy with them using my design. ;)
