    Not really...

Just a casual drift game we made which and has only just been released. We use real track lookalikes and clipping points which I reckon is pretty cool.. Ebisu and Irwinedale ring any bells?? plus a custom track where you can set it up yourself. click here to have a go.

Its not going to replace the smell of burning rubber.. but when your bored.. your bored!

It would be awesome to hear any feedback as I want to know what real drifters think of it.

    Thanks!!
    Will

sweet little game dude except the bounce factor off the tyres could be reduced and the wheelspin off the start is a bit too much btw are the 2 race cars a gen 3 rx7 and an r32 skyline if so change the engine types around lol

other than those everything else is cool oh and ive only used the rx and r32 dont see many hummers drifting lol

    Hey Thanks..

The bounce factor is a little hard to avoid since if it doesn't bounce.. the car will get stuck on the tyre bundles.. but yes sometimes it does tend to bounce a bit too much..

Very good point about the engines... but these are "special cars" :).. and there is always a time to drift hummers.. rolls royce's too!

Good to know you guys are enjoying it and thanks for the feedback!

    keep em coming..

I would definitely agree that lfs is the best simulator out there.. its makes GT5 feel like Sega Rally..

Talking about the "Drifting Championships" game.. we had seen that.. and I like it.. but we thought lets make the player put it into a drift.. rather than it just drift automatically...

Im actually very surprised by the amount of time spent on the "timed" Australian circuit.. I would have thought the speed and clipping points would have encouraged more plays.. but its early days..

The Australian circuit is the one i've been playing on so far. Had 6 goes and am ranking 45 :D

Had ago on the jap track and ranked 6 :D

But the handbrake is supposed to slow you down, not slide faster. Just a hint ;)

Put a smile on my face anyways

Will, what program do you use to make games like this? I've always wanted to try and make my own mini games!
