Practice at ringwood - Drifting forum

Hi all

Im a new guy to the site and was wondering if i could get some info about the practice on the 9th june.

Im hopein to go if its a case of turn up and pay.

Any info wil be apreceated.

Hi, this is not really in the correct place, it should be in Other events. Details of the pratice event are 10am - 4pm Sat 9th June, Matchems Park Ringwood market carpark. You need to email driftamigos@hotmail.co.uk to confirm your place. I think its about £40 a car, and £2 to watch.

Matchams is ok i spose if you know what your doing and have the balls, i mean one wrong move and the armaco wins

mk1mart-- It's in the car park at the top of matchams so don't have to worry about the armaco. All you need to know is
what was posted by 2drift. bogeabit is running it with dave and jullie so you could pm him for more info.

Drift Practice (matchams Raceway)

"MATCHAMS PRACTICE DAY we are using a open area up in the top car park ,there will be two areas figure of 8 and small roundabout on one half and a track on the other.we have run a day a couple of months ago and there was plenty of track time and everyone was happy .there should be a burger van will let you know soon for definate.it will be on saturday 9th june from 10am till 4pm hour for lunch.spectators£2.00.drivers£40 for drivers info contact driftamigos@hotmail.co.uk it will be run by dave julie and myself which some of you will know(there will be tuition available for anyone that might want it)"

Big THANK'S to everyone who attended yesterday-We hope you all enjoyed.There seemed to be a fair amount of track time for everyone & the twin up car's helped(It was nice to be able to practice it & the spectators loved it!)Danny,simon,Ben & Steve(?) nice quadin' up in the arvo

There were a few very

car's & some VV

Old skool's-MK1,MK2 Escort &Toyota Starlet(they were quite fruity too!!)also good to see a few (non jdm cars for a change!!) Beemer's,Vauxhall's and even a mazda pickup

(and the guy in the fwd desprate to do some burnout's!!

)
Big Thank's also to all the Marshalls:Marky,Iain,Jody,Jason,Mike &Ed for supplying the grub & much needed drinks-Phew what a scorcher!
