I might be going, in which case there will be a half hour mid-morning intermission while I rebuild the tyre wall and have my car dragged off the track, again.

I love Barkston.

I've heard SO much about this venue and have been told it has everything a drift track needs!

It does make perfect sense to go if you had booked drift central...

Its more seat time !

pot holey on the large figure of 8, not to bad. tyres need to be warmed evenly otherwise delamination occours. can be bit harsh on tyres just keep control of temps and dont let them get to hot.
tracks tight in places but works well, large figure of 8 as mentiuoned too.

no tyre changing though

Its just up the hill form NG32 2NR - where I live.
So I'll be there, driving or not....I'll be there!
As for tyre changing, there's a place about 10/15mins away in grantham that will do them, it's a selecta-tyre.

I'm booked. I've been once before, it's an impressive and challenging course layout and the fastest i've drifted so far (very top of 2nd).

Well organised and run event too with good marshalling.
