Enquiries:
If you have an enquiry to make with Driftworks Ltd, please first ensure that the information you need isn't in the webshop. We try to keep this as up to date as possible with information on our entire product range, and all prices are the current 'best price', you will not get them cheaper by e-mailing or ringing

Private Messages:
Private messages sent through the forum to any members of the Driftworks Staff regarding sales will not be answered, please e-mail any enquiries to sales@driftworks.com or just click the contact us tab up the top there.

Response times:
We operate from 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Emails are dealt with in batches during this time, so if you don't receive an immediate response, please understand that we will respond as soon as possible within the working day. Many times we get an e-mail enquiry at 9pm on a Friday, then another arsy email at 2am Sunday morning asking why we haven't answered..
The same goes for requests in this forum area. We will try to respond as soon as possible, but please be patient . You may see a member of Driftworks Ltd online, but there's times for work, and times when we are just catching up on whats going on in the other sections out of personal interest.

Anything requiring urgent response can obviously be sorted out immediately by giving us a ring on 0845 869 2555 during the hours of 9:30 to 5:30.

I also have a bit more of a personal request . Please make sure that your enquiries are genuine and accurate. Unfortunately as Driftworks Ltd has grown, we've found an increasing amount of our work load is put down to people who appear to just be bored and are typing out wish/dreamlists .
It's very easy for a customer to send an e-mail, but each enquiry we deal with takes up a significant amount of our resources, so please be sure that you actually want what you are asking for, and as harsh as it may sound, please be sure that you can afford it ..
