2 inlet cams from a sr20de in det

Hi guys quick question i no people put a de inlet cam in det's because its slightly better 240 with 9.2mm to 248 with 10mm. My question is could you put the inlet cam on the exhaust side as well so it will be 248/248

I don't know on the lift to hand, but I have both na cams in my turbo.. Can't really comment on a comparison as my engine was fecked previously with severely low lift cams!
