should i bore my ka24de to 90mm to run about 500hp?

    i have a ka and i want to build it to run about 500hp. what size should i bore it to to help make that as soon as i can?

    That's a 1mm overbore. It will make fuck all difference to performance

    Bore them out an extra 4mm. 1mm bore increase = 75hp, so 4mm = 300hp.

    Then use LS6 pistons (for toughness), Honda Jazz rods (for economy) and camshafts from an RX7 to give it that lumpy idle.
