Tightening my diff and one of half shafts will not go in fully any ideas do I need to take the whole thing out again
Did you put the long halfshaft through the centre before tightening & putting it back in the case? And are you sure the halfshaafts are on the correct side?
Shafts is in the same side as I took it out of also I put the shift threw before I tightened the Philips screws
