New Toyota coolant. Red -> pink

    Just tried to order Toyota red from Toyota themselves. Been informed they've moved on to a "far superior super long life" pink coolant. The price has also rocketed from £27 to an eye watering £43.

    Just wondering if anyone's had any experience with it, willing to pay the money if it's gonna do the job that much better than the old red

    Can't you just use that green stuff, isn't that cheaper?

    It is cheaper, yeah, but it can start to corrode stuff and doesn't keep temp as cool as red does

    Get red coolant from any motor factors I pay around 10 quid for 5 litres of red concentrate ran it without issue in loads of toyotas.
