Hello! Im from Finland so, im sorry for my rally english.

I have almost stock S14 now and i want to make it more fun. I know you guys know how to do that. So, how much stock sr20det can take? Im going to buy new bearings and piston rings. I want about 350-400hp if possible, so what i need? I have catback and big fmic. I also have RPS 6-puck clutch (is it good?) and Sard 850 injectors (are these too big?)

    Hey Topsi,

you need only a good stock engine ... Take your hands off - never touch a running system! Buy a GT2871R .86, 740cc Injectors, a BC, a Z32 LMM, Nistune, upgraded Exhaust and Intercooler and you have, with a good mapping, 390HP/530NM:

    Best Regards, ludi

Thanks! What is bc? Can i use my sard 850 injectors? I thought about garret gt30 but i guess gt28 is better for this power range?

Ahh i see. Im rebuilding my engine now and i decided not to buy forged internals. Im going to buy acl bearings, piston rings, new gaskets and arp headbolts. What else i need? Should i get better valvesprings or something? How about new oil or water pump? Chain? Im thinking of getting about 380-400hp.
