4 car's wide into the corner but after the bend it narrows a bit and tightens to a 90degree left hander 2nd corner. it's plenty wide for decent speed.

less power i'd say ueo. some of the guys were doing huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge handbrake entry's though that looked immense.

Just a quick question is the EDC weekend in donington running alongside The Ripspeed donny show? on donnys website it has the donny show on the 7th and 8th April along with its usual track time during the day. just thought i would flag it up incase its been double booked.

makes sense as the press day and licencing was at donny show last year

Hi ultramotorz,

Yes we are running the same weekend and have negotiated track time to suit.

The track layout itself proved to be more technical than it looked and we will be using the same start point and then into the left, left, right, left configuration for judging purposes. The judges (note judges not judge) will have access to an upstairs suite balcony overlooking the final left hander that also overlooks all the corners. If we feel a judge (with radio contact) is required nearer to the entry-left-left section then we will place one here as well.

Expect a good crowd of many thousands as this year it's a competition round and will be advertised as such.

Practice and qualifying is Saturday with the final on the Sunday as per TRAX.

A Licencing day and open practice/testing will be available on the Friday and more details will follow on this and the event itself.

37 licensed drivers already, is that not too many drivers when ur running time attack the same day??

This is all sounding good but i can only really make either sat or sun! can anyone suggest the "better" day please!
I went last year and the only place i could find to see the track was the last left onto straigh finish any tips on finding a good view point please... thanks all!

Im dumb i already know that!

just got a leaflet through the post advertising round 3 at silverstone on june 3rd

helpful to have some dates as i need to get my hols sorted for this year

dates are being announced as soon as we can - but as we've all been at the autosport show for the last few days its been a bit busy
