We had another site visit today to confirm the course/track layout(s) and have the following updates:

1. Cost for the day will be £88.13 inclusive of vat.

2. Timings are presently as above but may changed by EDC if required.

3. Vehicles and driver safety equipment must be upto EDC rules and regulations.

4. Payments are to be made online by credit card, cheque or bank transfer - click here EDC - Official Website then choose the 'EDC Shop' menu button on the left to go to the shop site, follow instructions on the shop area marked 'EDC entry' fees.

5. If you successfully gain a Pro License you will be eligible to enter the EDC Round 1 on the 7th and 8th. Payment for Round 1 will be accepted on the morning of the 7th at sign on. You can choose to pay in sterling, euors or dollars if you require by choosing the dropdown menu.

6. Twin Drifting will definetly form part of the Licensing criteria.

7. A tyre changer will be on site.

8. We cannot confirm yet if the fuel station will be open at Donington Park.

If Maz has received an entry from you then you can consider yourself accepted. Successful applicants will receive further emails in due course.

Hi James,

Just checked and yes I have a payment from you - order number 717/120307/45 paid by Maestro - did you not get an email receipt/confirmation as I can see your email address?

It didn't turn up, but the work spam filters have a habit of dumping things like that so it's a bit hit and miss as to whether i ever see them.

Thanks for checking, it's put my mind at rest See you at Donny

Thanks, but no worries, you've confirmed it and, like you said, thats the main thing. Plus you've given me the reference number in case, so all is good.

Thanks again.

Just out of interest, and mildly off topic, what time are competitors for the weekend allowed to turn up on friday to drop cars/kit off? I didn't want to be in the way but I'd like to do it as early as possible so I can get back to the hotel and relax

Thanks

Unfortunately it is a closed day, sorry, we are not setup on the 6th to accommodate spectators.

Drivers will receive event instructions shortly but a restriction will be placed on the amount of people accompanying the drivers.

Regards
