I dont think we are getting any confirmation emails as everything is online for tomorrows qualifying which is not a public event and hence doesnt really need anything special other than "Be there at 2 !!!"

Just my own assumption.

back from silverstone practice and qualifying.

loverly weather and some quality smoking from the top boys.

no idea who qualified tho.

What I can say is that both Mark Johnston and the SRB Power Skyline (James Hudson's ??) have engine probs and may not be in for Sunday.

Phil, Brett, Buff, Bon Bon all looked good. Bon's Soarer especially good in the qualifying as he only did 1 lap in practice. Obviously fixed what mechanical issues there were and he was out smoking it good in quali.

Oh Stiggy was super in the wee Starlet, Paz was getting better all the time in the AE86...screaming that engine like mad.

And the biggest balls award goes has to go to Macej Polody for his entry speed into the first turn. Bloody hell was he throwing it into that corner. Don't think anyone got near him on those terms.

Declan Hicks also had mechanical probs after looking very solid in practice. So not sure if he qualified.

Looking forward to the show on sunday and Time Attack aswell.

He's on the case, it was a blowen turbo, he has sourced replacements, just a case of getting the changed. All being well he'll get it done. He scored a 97 on the run he done, then the turbo sh1t itself.

Hi all. Unfortunately myself and the Weston Performance team will not be out to entertain on Sunday, despite Greg, Chris and Richard's best efforts. However there are a few more people i would like to thank, especially Raiff and Mark Luney from SVA Imports, and Paul from Steer From the Rear, who kindly offered for me to use their cars to complete my qualifying run. Thank you so much, the Weston team will be cheering you on on Sunday! Good luck to all and let battle commence!

That's good to hear as he was totally in the zone as they say! Every run was spot on until the turbo decided to give up.

Gutted for you mate. Could see you were well p'd off kicking the car afterwards. It was smoking very badly....was it just the turbo or has something gone inside the engine?

You seemed very confident and happy with ur fan club (girlies) in the stand before qualifying too.

well just got back from he hectic day at silverstone, dam the competition is fierce

sadly the cars were dropping like flies and making things very difficult for many drivers to concentrate on the job in hand. thankfully the day went pretty well for me despite the many problems suffered at the start ( mainly the lack of useable tyres ) so thanks to allen mcCord for letting me use the nangtwats super ditch finders

i am up against phil on sunday so i hope his mechanical issues are all sorted for then, good luck guys

Seems that is was a bad day for quite a few of the guys. At least there is a day in between to try and get things sorted. Well done for getting in and good luck for sunday, wish i was coming down to watch now.
