EDC VIDEO - Practice Day @ Drift Central

This was recorded the day before the competition on the friday.

It's fairly repetitive but it shows what level the drifters are and how much angle they can get and also shows how big just one part of Drift Central actually is.

Nah, the comp is on the actual competition circuit, drift central is on an area right next to the track

That track was used just for licensing and for a brief practice for the license holders.

We designed it so that it can be used in different directions to test different aspects of driving. I think everyone was quite happy with the track which proved to be testing but rewarding when you got it right.

Not blowing our own trumpet but seeing it from this perspective it makes me think its better than some circuits I've seen used for Pro Drift'ing competitions, and we haven't even scratched the surface yet of DC.

I don't know who this Glen chap is but he's right.

This was the first time that I had visited Drift Central and couldn't believe how much free open tarmac there was and the video only shows one section of the place.

I had a walk around and found morrison's corner but there were some long stretches that would easily take a few minutes to get to at least.

Overall, Drift Central will be a very special place for you guys.

Nice vid. What made that slipping sound each time Phil lifted of the throttle?
