Werid, I was on NTL before switching to the new Virgin Media box.

Doesn't channel 545 exist for you?

I'm on Virgin too and have MotorsTV. Channel 545 (not sure if it comes as part of any extra packs though ?).

I think it's subject to area.

I'm based in London but don't have it and on the biggest package available.

I also have a friend whose got the same but resides up north and has the same problem.

We're both on Virgin Media.

But like someone said, it'll be on youtube within the hour.
