Yes it will be televised and it will be on MotorsTV again, we believe the first round will be shown on April 18th - but keep an eye on Welcome - Home of the Japaneseusedcars.com European Drift Championship for updates.

you really need to change the name to something with "UK"...
Only 1 of the 2008 rounds was on mainland Europe, the rest on your isolated island...
Bit hard (not to mention Expensive) for the other "europeans" to enter...

Lack of decent tracks and infrastructure hampers attempts to go over to continental europe more.

This may well change though for 09 as we have a handle on who to and who not to work with and we have made some very positive contacts this year

This 'isolated island' does have some awesome tracks/venues and events to be going on with though, plus it has great championship infrastructure within the top Drift areas with the working relationship between EDC and BDC that other countries can presently only dream of.

I didn't say the competition itself was anything less then awesome I'm just very disapointed I can't enter a "european" competition without paying top dollar. Without names like Paul Vlasblom or Remmo Niezen in the rankings, it doesn't seem like a real "european" competition to me.

Regarding the 2009 season, I know, we're working on it quite hard
