EDC Round 6 Poznan Date Change

Hi all,

Due to an additional FIA event at the Poznan track, we have had to move our date for the Championship final at the venue one week later with the new date for the EDC final being September 26/27th ( Fri/Sat).

The original date was 19/20th Sept however we heard the news last week from the circuit that they had double booked the track and that the FIA bike meeting couldnt be changed as it was a European FIA event.

Myself and Glen flew to Poznan immediately last week to listen to the problem and find a solution to keep our original date however it was not possible and we had no choice but to make our event a week later than originally scheduled.

All other details of the event remain and full information about driver financial support for the event and the facilities being put in place for the event will be announced via email at a later date when ready.

Apologies for any inconvenience this change may cause, I doubt many drivers have booked tickets for travel just yet so hopefully the change doesnt impact anyone at all as far as arrangements are concerned.

In more positive news, on our travels we were able to firm up even more details for the event itself as well as arrange the hotel location and accomodation for all drivers and teams at an awesome hotel just around the corner from the track and more importantly - the venue for the huge end-of-year aftershow party in the heart of Poznan town centre which we have planned for Saturday night.

Local EDC Driver and allround hero Maciej Polody is in charge of the party arrangements and the first question raised by him was ' how many girls do you want at the party? ' so I think we chose the right man for the job to get things organised..... He is currently working on an invite-only list for 500 people, 497 of which are his 'girls' list - We agreed that myself, Glen, and Polody would be on the list and then for every bloke on the list we remove a girl as one less he needs to organise Oh, and Raef from SVA has his own VIP area for special whoop-whoop shelf stacking, big/little boxing, feeding the birds and so on.... so thats nice, we may even have time to setup a stage for him, we'll see....
