Weston Performance - Drifting forum

I just wanted to say, that if we have any chance of being at EDC this weekend, a large proportion of that chance is down to the guys at Weston Performance

.

They will not be competing at this round themselves unfortunately, but they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help get our 1JZR32 there.. Paul has fitted us in at very short notice around a very busy week, and Greg has worked till the early ours of the morning not only on our R32, but also Bons Chaser. The man deserves a medal

..

The R32 is on the dyno right now, after a long couple of nights at the DW workshops trying to get it to run.... This is our last chance after the run of bad luck we've had with the S15 build.. Fingers crossed..

More than that, just been on the phone checking a few settings with James, and it seems that they're going to go back on the rollers in a bit.
I've been on the phone with them since 10 this morning, thats some damn long hours Weston have done.

Speaking to you live and direct from Weston Performance... We've just got back on the dyno, and I've just seen it make 389bhp at the fly.. There's loads more work to do, but Gregs on it!!!!

Nah, it's a small turbo and no cams...

430bhp and 440ft/lb torques so far at 1.35. I think we'll cap it at 1.5bar

Thought the turbo was bigger

but its shinnyness made me think it looked better

Thats going to be fecking sweet, bon has bigger numbers.. just don't let him run nice rubbers.. make him roll on part worns haha
