| Modified Live Event - Drift Taxi's Hi everyone. Modified Live takes place at Snetterton Circuit on October 12th and plays host to the Time Attack finals for 2008. As well as this the show also hosts a llive on-track exhibition of cars and drivers from the JapaneseUsedCars.com EDC and even more exciting in the addition of Drift Taxi's for the first time for normal punters to enjoy drifting first-hand. The last time drifting was held at Snetterton was in the days of Kiki so winding the clock forward 3/4 years with the hugely powered cars and skilled drivers is going to be an awesome sight to see as they negotiate the bum-twitcher which is Corum corner ![]() The Drift Taxi's will be headed-up by Brett Castle in the official HKS Works S15 RS2 drift car as well as a good half a dozen or more cars from the Championship which are currently TBC but are likely to include James Russell's DCY machine, SVA Imports 350Z, Sumo's 350Z etc. Drift Taxi's can be bought on the day for only £10 per ride on the skid pan at Snetterton with the driver of your choice, who will not only demonstrate professional drift in a controlled environment but also show you how its done. More details of the event are here ( and how to buy tickets ) : Modified Live - The ultimate end of season car event General Admin tickets can also be bought in advance via the website and are available now. | Yes Santa Pod are operating the DWYB on the area beside the restaurant and then the EDC and BDC (Pro) guys will be having their demo's on the main circuit, it's a brilliant opportunity for Drift by showing all the aspects and levels of Drifting to the crowd from entry level DWYB upto the Pro Competition guys. |

| Where's mention of BDC in this? Where does that fit into it? Should be a great event the track is awesome. I was there with Jord and despite sucking ass in the e28 I still got to do 100mph ish around the last big right hander before the start/finish straight which rocked! Spinning at that speed lasts for a very long time too might I add ![]() |
