| Need For Speed European Drift Championship Info
Hi all, We are pleased to finally announce that for 2009 the Championship has gained a new title sponsor and one which we are extremely proud to present - the EA Games franchise ' Need For Speed '. In addition to this our brand logo has seen a major overhaul with the new branding displayed below. As a result of this fantastic news, we are now the ' Need For Speed European Drift Championship '. Below you will find the dates ( which have not changed ) of the Championship and our latest line-up of official sponsors which are all in full support of the 2009 drivers and teams. The EDC website : Need for Speed European Drift Championship has been updated and will continue to have further information and announcements displayed shortly. ![]() Further information regarding the involvement of Need For Speed and the new-look Championship will be released as we near Round 1 which takes place at Oulton Park Race Circuit on April 25th 2009. Coupled with our all new twin battle competition strategy which is a world first, we are pushing for 09' to be the defining year for Drifting in our region and look forward to seeing the drivers, teams and fans at Round 1 and beyond.
