Any more details available for this Glen/Maz

Like, start and finish times, will it be a basic practice day or????

Will it be the same course as last years pod course (with those bloody concrete barriers and the divot before the 1st corner)?

Kev

I don't know the exact times as yet Kev.

I will get them checked out. But we are all flat out preparing for Brands at the moment. I'll see what I can find out for you both

Also interested, I'd quite like to try for one. The chance for more seat time is always good.

those of you who have emailed me should have had a reply by now. I may have missed some of you who may have PM'd me on this forum. If that is you, please send me a quick email and I will get it sorted as my PM box is a bit of a mess right now and needs a proper sorting.

I am pretty sure the regs are the same as they were taken directly from ours in 08, but we have evolved them since then to take into account ongoing safety updates but I believe these changes are the use of a neck brace and seats and harness's must be in date, but email scrutineer@timeattack.co.uk to verify.

Thanks Glan, but found the regs on your site and have printed them. still need to go through them and check, but my seat and harnesses are all new and i don't wear a neck brace, or are you saying you have to use one.

Is there still space. How is the day run, is it a little like a the BDC licensing day where there will be practicing etc and then a licensing session or will it just be judged through out the day

if your seats/harness are in date then all thats needed is the neck brace - the foam horseshoe shaped ones :

Neck Support | Protection | Demon Tweeks Motorsport, Motorcycle, Car Modifying, Parts and Accessories,Sparco, Arai

like this

the neckbraces can be had from racewear for about 17 quid delivered and trust me they are a godsend i tell ya. Even at 25 mph at arena jack was in pain for days after with whiplash. best thing i have ever bought

I wear my neckbrace all the time now. I bought one slightly more expensive as neck problems are not nice and it was only £20 more.
