Sorry if its different to what you thought, but it is only for licensing and was never supposed to be a full day.
Rest assured you will get loads of feedback from Maz during the session.
Glen should be sending e mails out shortly, sorry for the delay but everyone has been mega busy leading up to Brands.

can the scrutineer answer a question for me.

Do the pull cables for elec cut off and exting. have to be on the passenger side scuttle. As the guy who owned mine previously has put them coming out the bonnet above the brake master cylinders (driver side) .

Do i need to move them?

they should be on the nearside but as long as they're visible and clearly marked they will be fine for licencing

No, the last licensing day was at Knockhill and was approx two hours.
As for any more info you'll have to wait for a reply from Glen.

Hi,

It starts at 4pm on friday and at the moment you will get an hour for practice and an hour for the licensing session, we can increase/decrease these times as we see fit but rest assured you will have enough time on-track. I think there are about 5-6 of you at the moment who have come up for the challenge so you will have plenty of time, remember we want to see you succeed in gaining a license and to be fair if you cannot achieve one in a couple of hours with 5 or 6 people on track then I dont know what to say really

As mentioned this licensing event is not a practice day but an end result of what you and your car can achieve

A few NFSEDC drivers will be on hand as well to assist/chat with you should you need it and you will be having a break between sessions to discuss things with Maz prior to going for your license(s)

A tyre changer will be on site from 3pm.

Hope this helps,

Glen

this will be make or break for me as times are tough financially.

same here.. only subtract 'on the lash' with being sensible and paying bills'.

if the mrs doesnt come there 'might' be space, failing that someone may have spare tent.

Just to let anyone still interested in this know that the licensing closes at midday tomorrow.

So if you fancy it go here to pay: NFS EDC Licensing registration for Santa Pod - 10 11th July
