Wildcards can be a mint addition to the fun tho, like Paul Howard (ie Jap Imports - Specialising in importing of Japanese Performance Motorcars) at Night Fight
Did he do well?

Well done if so, I remember his first tentative drifty steps only a wee while ago lol. Many spinnu's and lots of Bee-R bangings
Good to see people improving.

One of the best in practice and even tho not as good as in practice, qualified 15th amongst a field that makes EDC seem almost tame.
With 15quid part worn 205 wide tyres, and a car built together of some of the most hillariously sketchy engine parts im suprised it ran at all.
Up against Brett Castle in final 16 so didnt really have much of a chance, but put up a mint fight.

Isn't everyone in BDC/EDC an amateur? Are there any pros out there? By that I mean people who earn a living from driving a drift car.

Looking forward to this.....gizza go!

Series web page looks top notch and events look great!!
Where does it stand in the grand scheme of drifting in the UK.. above or bellow the EDC?
Also .. and this is the opinion of a newbie to drifting in the UK, but with the BDC EDC and the JDM is the sport of drifting being spread to thinly?

The BDC has lots of drivers for not many spaces, on that basis I'd say there is more demand for more comps. But at the same time, the availability of GOOD drifters is not so great. Probably what, 50 VERY GOOD drivers in England, and 150 GOOD drifters? Most of the uk drift scene is full of not-too-great drifters since the sport is so new and practice days are only recently becoming regular.

No. There's lots of very good drivers that for one reason or another are not entered in to BDC/EDC this year, lots.
