Top night!!!

Great drifting, great set up and nice atmos to!

Some minor points but there is always room for improvement and i`m sure they`l be sorted the next round.

Shame it was soooo cold though, the crowd couldn`t clap much because it hurt!

Anyways, top job nial and the team and all the drivers, can`t wait for the next one!

Just back home there

Must say it was a good weekend as far as drifting was concerned, great driving by all in the final. well organised by all the JDM crew.

Big thanks to Tony Green who we are now helping get back on the drifting track in 2008 (not as smoothly as we thought) but we will get there.

Unfortunitly our Supra had a few teething problems, fuel pump decided to pack in at the start of the day, but big thanks to Paul Conlan, Alan McCord, Declan Hicks and the rest whos names I cant remember (Im sorry)who helped us get it up and running to get out on track after lunch.
Then unfortunatly the bloody fan belt decided to pack in, found the we have a small sharp nick in the tensioner pully. DAMN

also want to say thanks to Darryl from treble2 for sticking it out throughout the day, even with everything happening top bloke.

Well done to Flat Eric and Frenchy in the final awsome driving.

I just got in through the door... 830mile round trip in a rock solid R32 GTR.. Four tankfuls of V-Power.... but my fecking god was it worth it. Friday nights skidding and random chatting shit with various people was mint. Saturday was awesome, fantastic day of skidding fun.

Beezy... you need something to hold your keys together mate... hahaha... or maybe actually.. use your eyes to look for things..hahaha. "I looked in the car, they weren't there!" pfft whatever. haha.

Retrodan... you schooled them on "on da rack" skidding out of that last corner, the angle you had out of that corner was immense.. Good work.

The competition was awesome and that final was mindblowing. A couple of minor straightens from Ffrenchy is all it took in the end. Even though I was cold and damp I'd have stayed there all night and watched them twin. Awesome driving.

The afterparty... haha feck me. I think everyone was blotto'd! Zanzibar isn't the most awesome place in the world... but christ it was fun. haha.

Fantastic weekend. Well worth the pain of travelling

Not much to add really, pretty much summed it up.

Was shithot overall, but going out on the smash was the main high point for me as its what i do best, lol.
Proper hangin this morning tho, and the journey home wasnt fun, but been sleeping most the afternoon/evening so its ok now.

Was nice to see everyone again, always fun with the Irish lads, and look forward to the next one

Only home about an hour myself now, having being going since 2a.m. Thursday morning.

First things first, well done to Niall on another successful event !

Having travelled over with Ffrenchy and Eric it was great to see the two reach the finals. In a way we were lucky that Ffrench was having syncro problems or else we would still be there watching them go at it ! I'm sure that will be the first of many battles we see between these two this season. You guys are both f*cking awesome and its an honour to be around ye both !

Great to meet some new & old faces, Ross, Missy, Taff, Lozza, RetroDan & was talking to some of you guys on the Top 16 parade lap before you went to the mic.

See you at Prodrift Series Europe Round Two at Teeside !

Top day lads and lasses, job well done
We were in the pit area Scotty, as we had blue wrist bands, but we had some friends that came down later on, that payed their money and received orange wrist bands, which lead to them not being able to enter the pit area to have a look around, as there was a Marshall on the gate checking coloured wrist bands. We also got talking to the group of people stood at the side of us spectating, and they were sharing their opinions on the fact that they would have liked to have had a walk around the cars etc, so i was passing on this opinion for these guys.

Just to also point out, to other comments from my original post, this was merely my opinion compared to other events I have attended. And as for us all being buddies, or whatever was said (I forgot to quote lol) when I was talking about the Gold Skyline, I was not being biased in any way shape or form, as Dan was driving the Skyline, and Yesterday was the first time I have ever met Dan in my life, and I might add, it was quite briefly as he was obviously out in the car most of the day.

Just a quick note for all behind the scenes .... This is my opinion and a passing opinion from the freinds I had that attended the event, and the public that I got chatting to, nothing to do with Simon in the slightest.

I'm just back in holland again... what a weekend!
awesome drifting over there!!
scotty did averything he could to get me an awesome car! practice was awesome with the 2nd gearbox.. the car was going great! and i really wanted to go for it on the competition! but just before qualifing the cincro's on 3rd gear broke.. so i coudnt shift up fom 2nd to 3th in a drift.. scotty did everything to get me a good car.. but the gearbox was just not wanders proof... witout 3rd gear i had no chance up to the line up of drivers, bon, frenchy, eric, dan, and the rest....
so scotty did the qualifing without 3rd gear and he did really well.. even in the battle's he did everything the car could do at that moment! and he did show some good drifting!

as i wasn't a driver anymore, i was asked to be a guest judge...
and i had never seen such good drifting! the level of the competition was really high, and got the chance to learn juding from the best judge jullian...

it was a cool event! lot of driving time! good organisiation!!
really looking forward to the next round..

and again scotty, thanks for everything you did for me!!!
