Could be. that is what i was told when i asked around. But thinking logical you must be right there is no one that can stop you to do it. i mean guys climb buildings and jump off them illigeally and they don't get caught so who is gona restrict you and check wheather you had 200 skydiving jumps when you have your own equipment.
