When we're on the BMW's, this is an M3, it will be drifting, and yes, it's norwegian. No surprise!

Oh, and the Porsche says "der dritte schlagge", something which would mean something like "The third ......" I believe.

I'd love a look round one, could learn a lot from it. I think they ran equal length axle links (despite the group A rules saying no suspension pickup points to be altered )

I reckon its possible I'll ask mr. Hodgetts for a dyno printout!

When I was a kid I had the toy of the datapost escort, I thought it was what postman pat used to drive on sundays.

The MK3 escorts FF problem can be remedied:

I've raced karts against Mr.Hodgetts' son, Stefan, and even his kart engines were pushing out more power than they should have been.... I managed to beat Stefan with an engine built up from second hand bits and a once seized piston that had been cleaned up with some wet and dry lol.. On that day, for that first race of the 93 British Champs that engine was phenomenal... never ran anything like it after that. Chris Hodgetts was amazed when we had to strip the engines down in post race parc ferme and he saw a properly fecked piston in our engine.. "that's on the verge of blowing up!" to which my dad replied.. "no it was like that when we built it!" hahaha happy days.
