remember it all started on the streets,will always b there...long after chavs are all gone.Track is a best place to practise,you learn a lot more than on the streets,no curbs around.
if you go for a streeto,keep it hard core,away from traffic and people,where only you and people who come along can get hurt(if you know what can happen to you when you lose control and you agree to take the risk-fine).
sounds dangerous but nothing usually happens...just a good fun...and this is what is it all about,isn't it?

Everyday at work i read what happens to people in crashes and who've been hit by cars, it's really not worth it, especially at a certain Essex double round about where people like to stand right next to the road!

I really wouldnt like chav dicks coming to drift days and thinking they are drift gods and f**cking it up for everyone well the spin out or crazy into things. And they would be dumb enough to bring a shitty corsa too.

I say kill em all and burn their shitty cars, and use the metal for parts.

Surely it's better they do that, than do it on the streets and wipe out a row of people (possibly proper drifters/non chav shit) because they cant drift. At least at drift days you can educate chav scum and tell them their shit.

End of the day, people are always going to do it, just have to hope they're lucky and only wipe themselves out!

As always its a them and us kind of thing. The police want the public to think drifting is dangerouse so the public will take a dim view on it and help crack down. I agree that it is only ever stupid pircks that do it in the wrong places at the wrong times. Anyone that really loves to drift knows exactly where and when to do it and it isn't dangerouse to anyone but themselves. Thats how it should be. Anyone thats stupid enought to do it around other road users in the middle of the day deserve to get banned!

There's a time and a place for most things but you can't count on everyone using common sense. Plod know what the cars can do, is it their number one priority? No.
Will they bend you over if they see you? Probably - you can't really say you thought it was ok or "but I'm not a chav".
