Any other views on the D80 (esp with the 18-135 kit lens)?

Obviously i will be looking to get better glass long term, but of late i have not shot longer than 50mm at a DWYB day / Drift Demo.... Already got feedback off Ross lol, but what do the rest of you think about the D80? It's getting close to crunch time now, hopefully will have the dollars at the end of the month. Already got a freezer full of food so can skint myself for the cause!!!

Gimme your views fellow togs!!!!

fuji Finepix A500 is around the £60 mark pretty good kit for not much more than a stick of fags or a Praktica DCZ 7.1 for around the £100, the Olympus FE-170 is a freaky looking fricker but ment to be ok

hp wise a canon 1dsmkIII will cost you about £160 a month over a 3 year deal so everything else will be cheeper.

I've wanted a better camera for ages and since all my stuff was stolen im just replacing it all now. I've read a couple reviews and bit the bullet.

I've ended up with a Sony DSLR-A200 with a 18-70mm CZ lens which if im honest i have no idea if thats good or not, but all part of the learning. £260 was the price i got it for, and it sounded pretty cheap for slr territory.

Any good/bad news for the A200?
