When I first saw the track I thought this will be easy in a powerful car, er er wrong, seriously technical, I was running the whole thing flat out in 4th, get the first corner wrong and the rest just went to shit.
I thought there were some pretty good runs on the video yes a few cock ups but thats high speed drifting.
Royal's diff droke so he basicaly had one wheel drive, so good on him for not retireing and giving it his best shot.

If you havent drifted this track (I guess every one who gave negative response) shut the fuck up until you have ! Then you will have a different view point and possibly a bit of respect for those who have.

And yes we had ample practice time, first time I have had a crack at EDC and enjoyed every second of it.

anyone can take positives or negatives from anything. depends on your perspective and agenda.

at the end of the day it was a track the majority of us hadn't driven before and as scotty said if you didn't get the forst corner right then it was very very difficult to keep the momentum up through the rest of the course, imho harder than knockhill as your fighting an uphill climb as well!!

i belive the crowd enjoyed the day, i believe the drivers enjoyed the day, i know the VIP's enjoyed their passenger rides ( from the screams of the girls in the car with me ) and i had a good time.

see you all at pod folks.

Yep, I've got to agree. The video does show what looks like some terrible driving.. Retrodan viewing from the side of the track said the same, and thought the track looked easy, as it's surely just drift left, then drift right?.... Nope. We've not had such a challenge since the first time we drifted Knockhill. I'd rank Brands as one of the most difficult tracks to drift in the UK. I never got the line I wanted until the final against Buff, and even then I knew there was a lot more room for improvement. Knowledge and experience are the only things that will get you round that course perfectly, and all the drivers had exactly none of that at the beginning of that day.
