If your not doing it yourself then yeah, sadly a garage would charge you a few hundred for the trouble.
As with all old cars, they can rust but i dont think as much as s13's considering. Mates got the best of both worlds, mk2 celica supra with mk 3 turbo engine and box. Sadly he cant sell it to me as it is what i want to end up doing. just buy the best you can afford!

there are mk2's out there, just have to be lucky on ebay. Other than the head gasket problem they are a really good engine and can take a lot of abuse if healthy. The cars are very over engineered and pretty solid, lots of electric bits and bobs (to go wrong) and more of a tourer like a 300zx, sum decent coilovers, polybushes, exaust, bit more boost and would be a good car, 1500 odd kilos but most modern cars like the 350z and m3's are similar weight

admitadly bm's are probably more reliable as they dont have the turbo's to frick everything up, can also get hot, but with every drift car, cooling is the biggie, get really hot going sideways at full revs. so lots of venting and powerful fans are the important

yeah, i do mate, will ask him how much if you want. he's a tig welder/fabricator at work so not a barn bodger. I'd go with a e36 325ise or something, the 4 doors are stiffer too. need a decent seat though!
