alrite mate. where abouts are you? im cowley. would agree with mat on the choice of car ususally as we both got an s13 and i sold him his green beast. but... im a bit pissed off with mine at the mo tbh and am slowly wishing i bought toyota! its your choice and bmw 325's are a good option too ( really cheep for e36's) but my personal choice would be a mk2 or 3 supra, bit bigger and heavier but parts are available if your serious and as everyone on driftworks knows... toyota engines piss all over nissan lumps! ok, except maybe stavros ![]()

ah cool! prob round the corner then?! yeah, i did have a 328 coupe actually. weird you know...?hmmm. nah, it was a 95 and was a shitty open diff, they're really long ratio in them too, get a 325 lsd and it would be awesome! or weld it? good cars but 325 engine is tougher than the 328 alloy block, bit less torque but negligable really

I was looking at mk2 supra, but I do like 325is and all it would really need is a diff like you said, cheapest way in is best for me as I dont really have any experience to avoid pranging an expensive motor. I had the 325i within an inch of its life....and it took it all with a smile....gotta love em! What you driving now? It said 325i on your profile ![]()

oh! didnt realise, funnily enough i've been bussing it since saturday. blew up my s13... get a beemer or.... wildcard! mk 3 supra turbo manual, get headgasket torqued up properly, decent suspension and strip. be a drinker though, so bm the best option. theres about 3 million e36's in oxford! all badboyed up and nasty ass styling, gotta be cheap?

Sorry to hear bout your 13. Do you know any beemers that come with lsd as standard, or any other car for that matter (which will make cheap drift car) mk2 supras look good, not really worried if they drink as I will only use on weekends.

mk2 supras are 1982-84 ish and are 6 pot 5mgte engine, 170 bhp and loads of torque! like 208lb/ft ,more than my 328 bmw!. absolute classsics, like an ae86 but with more bollocks, lotus chassis, digital dash, cool looking as standard as the wheels are so good on them. decent shocks like tokio and harder, lower springs, anti roll bars, strut braces and thats about it, got 1 and half way diff as standard. basically If you find one, sell it to me.i love them! mk3 supra 1986- 91 ish bit heavier, not too much bigger than a s13, has the 7mgte engine in the 3.0 turbo, renowned for headgasket blowers as it never was torqued down from the factory properly, and their mainly found on council estates as a replacement of the ford granada! haha, um yeah. but their a good bargain if you do the head gasket and get sum coilovers and an exaust. The CT26A turbo is good for 400 bhp, but you cant turn the boost up past 1 bar as the ecu doesnt like it. They're like the soarers older brother.
