| s14 for first car - nice. Drifting is certainly difficult, although learning the basics on track is 100000x easier than on the streets. I know now I would have progressed a lot faster in the early days if I could have afforded a track day or two ![]() |

| drifting is miles harder than most people seem to think if you never done it before, hence why so many spaccas are like "oh i can do better than that" or take the piss in one way or another even tho they wouldnt even do a decent donut. But on the flipside its amazing how much you will improve just from a few drift practice days. 1 decent DWYB is worth months or even years on the streets IMO (tho once you half decent the streets are suddenly a bit more usable TBH, but dont still, as its wrong) |

"im well good at it on need for speed..." etc etc! |

| i started with a monster spec s13, which was the worst idea. it was a million times better than my skills, and so was completly lost on me, didnt really get on with it (though id kill for the fricker back now) only really started to pick it up when i bought a tramp s13 for a few hundred quid, welded the diff and went at it with the attitude " if it breaks, it breaks, it only cost a little" and learnt a lot that way, slowly adding mods as needed/afford it. just buy the basics, diff, seat and a harness and take it from there, upgrade stuff as you need it, itll start coming together soon! |
