thankin you, me pal who does oval racing seems to think it would be dyer, wanting to run straight on at evry bend, but clearly if u've done it you know what u talking about.
would welding the diff be enough to learn in to begin with?
i had a V6 OMEGA few yrs back and it was so easy, went sideways in slow motion!!! gret big lumberin thing!!

Red face Daft question?

Hi - I'm a complete ignoramus when it comes to drifting, but need to know...I have a Mitsubishi 3000GT V6 Twin Turbo (for sale). Is it a suitable drifting car? It is 4-wheel drive.

I am a complete beginner, I have just about mastered roundabouts but its no exactly safe or legal so I am dieing to get to a drift day!!

Trampdrift Southwest mate I think is the nearest. There's also been talk of an event at Portreath down in Cornwall sometime around sep/oct I think. Oh and also the drag thing in Taunton had a drifty track last time I think?

Thanks mate!

I was planning on going to the one at Smeatharpe today but they cancelled it! Bridgewater isn't to far so I will try and get to the next one for sure.

Double post

If you want a car buy a £500 Sierra and weld the diff. That will be enough to get you started.
