You need to use a service like imageshack or photobucket.
Another alternative would be to link pictures you have on facebook (assuming you have an account) by right clicking the image and then using that URL location.

I've found the easiest way to share pics is to use dropbox.
You take a pic on your phone, its automatically uploaded to the dropbox servers and also downloaded to your pc etc.

Once you have the image link, you need to make these:
[img] [/img]
then put the image link between them, but without spaces.
