    Shipping large parcels to USA

    Hi,

Im planning to send a front and rear bumper to the USA, but shipping quotes are coming out to be really expensive.

The cheapest I found was about £820 for both via Fedex.

I've tried the usual parcel2go, interparcel and parcelmonkey quote sites but they either wont quote or are too expensive.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks

It'll be silly money mate! I tried to send a Celica bumper to Cost Rica and the quote was more than it would have cost me to fly there myself!!!

Having said that there must be a more cost effective way as if you buy a bumper on Ebay from Japan or something then the postage seems to be around the £100 mark, also have sent car seats back from Thailand to the UK for around £100 Each with EMS.

You need to find someone that ships container freight, not the post office.

Try paisley freight, you'll need to send an email to them for international, iv shipped hundreds of parcels through them national and international.

Really good to know this. After a full set of seats to go out to the US, quotes have been astronomical to say the least
