    try broken wrist.
    nerve damage
    19 months off work
    they offered 17k
    And i make 60 k a year, so that doesnt even cover anywhere near my loss of earnings.
    The first offer is alway a massive low ball offer, in the end you will more than likely have to go to court to get what you think your deserve.

    Reading MIB, first thought was you needed help from the Men in Black. Second thought you need to form proper sentences, people may help! As said, its common rule of thumb to reject the first couple offers from insurance companies.

    You dont have to accept anything, you have the legal right to take them to court.
    however if you do this you need to take out insurance which on average costs 20 percent of the value of the claim you are aiming for. This is in case you lose, to pay the other sides costs.
