I have 6 years trade insurance ncb, with previously 6 years private car insurance. I'm wanting to change back to private car insurance, but the car is a standard Isuzu Trooper 4x4, anyone been able to do this and keep ncb?

It doesn't seem worth sticking with trade, as prob wont bother buying/selling much now with new tax laws. Trade was gonna be £131 mth, can get it down to under £50 with 6 yrs ncb if they accept them, or under £70 with 0 ncb.
