Drift Practice (matchams Raceway)

MATCHAMS PRACTICE DAY we are using a open area up in the top car park ,there will be two areas figure of 8 and small roundabout on one half and a track on the other.we have run a day a couple of months ago and there was plenty of track time and everyone was happy .there should be a burger van will let you know soon for definate.it will be on saturday 9th june from 10am till 4pm hour for lunch.spectatorsŁ2.00.driversŁ40 for drivers info contact driftamigos@hotmail.co.uk it will be run by dave julie and myself which some of you will know(there will be tuition available for anyone that might want it)

i will come if they have sorted that utterly shit surface out.

i used to like going to matchams, however i didnt like screwing my car up every time

no sorry the surface aint that clever we did alter the track the best we could to miss the bad bits so if your running big 18"wheels with a really low profile tyres it might not be the place for you !

I slightly bent a wheel and finished off my control arm bushes there. Also the metal eyelets can do damage if you're not careful.

i am hoping to be at matchams this saturday in my 320i hoping to learn something whilst there! how many tyres do u think ill need for the day and fuel????ill bring a big bag of cabbage to smoke (helps slow things down to concentrate you c)
who else will be there to laugh at my atempt of drifting???
