i ran a welded Diff r32 to yrs with no problems

Dont be a twat and you will be fine on road

Your Qs have been covered many time so do a search

id advise coming to a DWYB with the car standard to learn the limits of the the car and your skills - then if your sure you want to progress get diff welded for next one

Yes my 1st skid car was a Vlsd s13 called Doris

I had lots of FUN trying to learn how to skid at declan's conedodger days - back in the day

then once i had enough seat time i upgraded to an r32

You will have FUN @ DWYB without welder or fancy 2way and thats whats drifting is all about - having FUN

Lots of people have attended without diff - perhaps when they spot this they will say if the had FUN

Yep , you still can have soo much fun, its not like that your car is not going to drift without one. Ive been going with a standard one for a few months and getting better each time. And its best to learn the hard way and then get one. Which is what im trying to do now

@Lex : how many slots left? does the shop take credit card? don't get paid till thursday otherwise

and @jdmash, i have a mildly fettled S13, with the stock VLSD(well its a little younger than the car but its still an S13 VLSD) i did fine the last drift day, beginers playground, middle kidney track was pretty much fully linked by the end. and then on the bigger track i was fine in the slow parts, just the top of 2nd/3rd bits that it felt a mix of not enough power/VLSD that it couldn't keep em spinning, will also have some driver fault in there though, so may be better next time, with me being more experienced, bucket fitted properly, and stage 1 powers(so ~30ish bhp more than before)

I'm just seeing if I can get the time off work for this, but if I am able to, is anyone going from/via milton keynes and would maybe take some wheels for me? MX-5s have a bit of a drawback in this area..
