Silver one? That'd have been DucatiChick I suspect. Andy man, TOTAL respect for you today. Putting up with the sodding rain alongside the marshalls (I had to change EVERYTHING waist down when I got home! Knew I should have put the waterproof trousers on straight off), and taking photo's of us nutters trying to (or not to) run you down. Damned good to meet some new people, and it seems like my 'help' actually worked in a few cases - noticed huge improvements from the guys I helped at the beginning of the day - respect to you all, you did better than me on my first day! | |

| Us Cardiff boys landed about an hour ago... and having left Cardiff this morning at 4am, we're all totally shattered, however, we were all still full of enthusiasm when we arrived back home. Only my second DWYB, and certainly not the last. The EDC track was awesome, first time on that for me... so wasn't sure if I could cope, but did ok... at least, I'm happy with my performance, so that's what counts! Thanks again to Lex and all the marshals, still being able to string together smiles and showing interest, which must be difficult during 8 hours of standing in the rain! I know I would struggle!! Such a shame about the rain, but at least it was better for the tyres and car, especially for a newbie like myself! Thanks again, see you all soon! David. |

| what a day! loved every minute weather was shite but it seems a tradition that every drift day i do it monsoons. so apologies weather was my jinx. first time ive drifted pod and second time out in the M3. no damage to the car well.. a cracked front splitter but thats neither here or there. i am in desperate need of a harness, bucket seat and coilovers tho as trying to stay in one place when being attacked by bodyroll aint nice. hats off to the crew and lex- top bloke. see you at the license day and then another pod soon. lets see some pics... |
