eBay items-are they any good?

I just want to no as the original rad and intercooler are long gone and need replacing, are they good value for dolla? Or they a waste of time?
I'm not looking for huge upgrade as I just want the car working to do some skiddin !

are they toyo sports item? ive used them and had no problems if so, but there alot of good quality copies about lately

the ebay intercoolers have good IC cores but the pipework is not perfect. Fits with some chopping though. (I have a toyosport FMIc on mine).

The ebay rads are supposed to be a pain in the arse to fit and still have the possibility of failure, personally I'd rather spend some extra and buy from a trader like japspeed or Apex, etc. I have a Koyorad and its amazing

Just had a look janspeed and toyosport and for a rad I was surprised there not much more than eBay think I'll get one directly from toyo, but take a chance with the fmic of eBay This is the one I'll be getting

there intercool and rad bits are sound dude, ive used both for years on all sorts of cars and never had a problem man, as has been said, the intercooler piping is abit cheap but does the job so never bothered me

I ( and others ) think that alot of the japspeed stuff like intercoolers and rads is unbranded eBay bits with there logo stamped on

I got my tube and fin intercooler from ebay for 90 delivered its fine.

I chose that over the much heavier bar and plate

Your saying tube and fin is much less efficient than bar and plate? It was a long time ago since i read all the jargain but certain it wasnt. Will have to check again as i did do a lot of research at the time.

Just had a read and yez they appear to be less efficient internally. I cant say i notice it being a problem though. My hks intercooler was tube n fin.

On a normal 200SX sized front mount, 1-2kg tops. Even on a 4in thick maaaaasive GTR drag one its not close to 10kg, and I've had a ebay bar n plate and a couple grand worth Trust tube n fin drag one side by side.
