RB20DET cheap

Hi folks,

For sale I have my old RB20DET from my R32. It runs but I would recommend a rebuild. Compression is fine on all bores and there aren't any knocks or bangs. I've had the head off and there is a bit of water damage but this is repairable. I will let it go as it stands (block and head separate) for £300 or back together with new gasket for £400. Also I will be keeping the clutch as I only recently put in an XTD one (unless you want to make me an offer for it). It's located near Taunton.

I'd prefer collection but if you want to arrange a courier then that's fine with me.

Hi there mate I could be interested in this if the bottom end is good? Won't be for a couple weeks but I live in Devon and could come and collect. How much would you do it with head gasket but not back together? as I will use my head.

I'd do it for 300 plus the cost of the gasket I haven't had the bottom end apart so I can't say either way for sure, but its been running with no knocks or other noises.

does it come with any ancillaries, i wanna change the engine in my s14

It has a water pump, stat, oil pump, CAS, cam belt, both manifolds and throttle body IIRC. As I mentioned in the first post though, I'd recommend a rebuild though as the condition cannot be guaranteed.
